Minjibir Park Recreational Activities

The journey from Nasarawa Local Government Area to Minjibir was enjoyable and not as far as many people might expect. Along the way, the team stopped to purchase some essential food items for the trip before continuing to Minjibir. On arrival, we had breakfast together at the park before heading into the community for the outreach activities.

After completing the outreach, we returned to the park for a relaxing and engaging recreational session. The activities gave team members the opportunity to reconnect, understand one another better, and strengthen team spirit. We enjoyed karaoke, swinging, puzzle games, and other fun activities that created a lively and friendly atmosphere.

One of the highlights was a leadership session led by Umar, who shared valuable insights on what it means to be a good leader, how to manage groups and individuals, and the importance of understanding and working with people effectively.

At the end of the activities, the team expressed its sincere appreciation to the Executive Director of YOSPIS, Ambassador Zainab Nasir, for her hard work, dedication, and continuous efforts toward building stronger communities and promoting peace and security across Kano State. Her commitment continues to inspire the team to work together for positive change.
